Private Travels vs Passengers:

 

Problem 1: Safetyness of each bus: Currently passenger don't know if the bus is certified by proper govt body or not.

Solution: Everyone should know, the current bus is eligible to travel and to be sleeper or seater? And Booking apps should show the certificate for every bus. In fact, booking apps should not allow to book uncertified buses. Government should impose these rules on booking apps which should put accountability.

Problem 2: Private travels are misbehaving with govt loop holes: Using many loop holes. Listing some of them which are aware:

1. Registration related: Bus registers on some other state and it runs on some other states.

Solution: Govt should stop allowing other state registered busses. Let the travel agencies stop running busses, because of this. That's fine. Let ticket rates raise because of this. That's fine. But we should not give up on our lives.

2. Too much power to Private travels (My experience on 25/10/2025): I have booked "7 Hills roadways" bus from A to B, journey date and time was 25/10/2025 at 17:40. On the journey date Afternoon i got a call from travels person, stating that bus got cancelled due to techincal issue at afternoon 13:00 which is just 4 hours before of the journey time.

Solution: Government MUST add a rule, that none of the buses can be cancelled at any cost

Or

If supposed to be cancelled, then MUST pay double the amount of ticket price (why not?) 

Or

MUST arrage a different bus at passengers convinience

Problem 3: Private bus staff behavior and Experience: Many are super drivers present who are aloowing Laks of passengers to reach their destination and I bow to them. But some are very rude and taking Kaveri driver incident as an example, he must have not scared and ran away. Instead he could have put a break as soon as he hit the bike, 200 meters is far, which lead to spark and fire eventually.

Solution: 

Train staff with communication skills, problem solving skills (Driver should know how to react when bus is under fire)

Training cerificates should be shown on Booking apps for passengers visibility.

What do you think, Passenger? A person who might travel in bus at some point?

Facts on Andhra Pradesh Re-organisation Bill 2014 about Construction of Projects on Rivers

Under this legislation by the Parliament, the KWDT II is extended with the terms of reference to make project-wise specific allocation, if such allocation have not been made earlier and to determine an operational protocol for project-wise release of water in the event of deficit flows.

The above bill also creates Krishna River Management Board located its headquarters  Andhra Pradesh state with following functions

• Regulation of supply of water from the projects to the successor States having regard to awards granted by the Tribunals constituted under the Interstate River Water Disputes Act, 1956 and any agreement entered into or arrangement made covering the Government of existing State of Andhra Pradesh and any other State or Union territory
• Regulation of supply of power generated to the authority in-charge of the distribution of power having regard to any agreement entered into or arrangement made covering the Government of the existing State of Andhra Pradesh and any other State or Union territory,
• Construction of such of the remaining on-going or new works connected with the development of the water resources projects relating to the rivers or their tributaries through the successor States as the Central Government may specify by notification in the Official Gazette.
• Making an appraisal of any proposal for construction of new projects on Krishna rivers and giving technical clearance, after satisfying that such projects do not negatively impact the availability of water as per the awards of the Tribunals constituted under the Inter-State River Water Disputes Act, 1956 for the projects already completed or taken up before the appointed day.
• Such other functions as the Central Government may entrust to it on the basis of the principles specified in the Eleventh Schedule of the Bill.

What are the qualifications to get Special category Status..???

అసలు ఒక రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇవ్వాలంటే ఏ ఏ అంశాలను పరిగణంలోనికి తీసుకుంటారో చూద్దాం.. 

1.Hilly and difficult terrain
2.Low population density
3.Strategic locations along the borders of the country

4.Economic and infra backwardness

5.Non-viable nature for state finances.

మొదటి మూడు అంశాల పరిగణంలోనికి మన రాష్ట్రం రాకపోయినా.. 4 మరియు 5 అంశాలు స్పష్టంగా చెప్తున్నాయి.

అవేంటంటే..ఏదైనా రాష్ట్రం ఆర్ధికంగా మరియూ ప్రాధమిక మౌళిక సదుపాయాలు లేకుండా అవస్ధలు పడుతుందో ఆ రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా కల్పించొచ్చు.. ఈ అంశాన్ని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రానికి ఆపాదించి చూస్తే.. విభజన అయిన మొదటి ఏడాదే 16 వేల కోట్ల ఆర్ధిక లోటు, దీనికి తోడు 24 వేల కోట్ల రైతు మరియు డ్వాక్రా రుణ మాఫీ.నెల చివర వస్తుందంటే ఉద్యోగుల జీతాలకు డబ్బులు ఎక్కడ నుంచి తేవాలో తెలియని పరిస్థితి, దీనికి తోడు ప్రక్క తెలంగాణాలో ఉద్యోగులకు 43% జీతాలు పెంచడంతో.. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కూడా పెంచక తప్పని పరిస్థితి.

సంక్షేమ పథకాలకు డబ్బులు కరవు, దీనికి తోడు రాష్ట్ర విభజన సందర్భంగా.. అప్పులను జనాభా ప్రకారం విభజించి.. రాబడిని ప్రాంతాన్ని బట్టి విభజించారు.

ఇక మౌళిక సదుపాయాల విషానికి వస్తే..

ఏదైనా రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రధాన ఆదాయ వనరుగా ఉండే రాజధాని లేదు.. దీంతో అంతా వేళ్ళ నుంచి మొదలుపెట్టాల్సిన దుస్థితి.

ఇక 5వ అంశానికి వస్తే..మార్పలు లేని రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితులు.

కొత్త రాష్ట్రం.. ఎక్కువ ఆదాయం వచ్చే హైదరాబాదు తెలంగాణాకు వెళ్లింది. దీంతో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కు ఆదాయం లేకుండా పోయింది. కనుక ఆదాయ వనరులు వెతుక్కుని రాజదానిని నిర్మాణం చేసుకోవాల్సిన పరిస్థితి.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రజలూ.. ప్రభుత్వం పడుతున్న ఈ బాధలు చాలవా.?? ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇవ్వడానికి.??

కేంద్రానికి ఏ.పీపై కరుణ ఉందా..?? లేదా..??

ఒకాసారి విభజన జరిగే సమయంలో పార్లమెంటుకి వెళితే.. అప్పటికే ఎందరో తెలంహాణ ఉద్యమకారుల ఆత్మహత్యలతో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం అట్టుడుకుతోంది. ఇటు సీమాంధ్రలో సమైక్య ఉద్యమం తారా స్ధాయికి చేరుకుంది.

ఇదిలా ఉంటే..  కాంగ్రెసును కనీసం తెలంగాణలో అయినా బ్రతికించుకుందాం అనో.. లేక తెలుగు ప్రజలను మనసారా విడగొట్టాలి అనో.. అప్పటి యు.పి.ఏ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయానికి బిజేపీతో పాటూ కేంద్రంలో మిగొలిన అన్ని పార్టీలూ మద్దతు తెలపడంతో.. విభజన అనివార్యం అయ్యింది.

ఈ పరిణామాలతో సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలలో రాజధాని లేదు, ఆదాయం లేదు, పిల్లలకు ఉద్యోగాలు లేవు అన్న భయం మొదలయ్యింది. ఈ భయాలను చెరపడానికి కాంగ్రెస్సుకు అవకాశం ఉన్నా.. దానిని ఉపయోగించుకునే ప్రయత్నం అయితే చెయ్యలేదు. కొన్ని అంశాలి బిల్లులో పెట్టనా.. అతి ముఖ్యమైన ప్రత్యేకహోదాని మాత్రం మరచింది. దీంతో వెంకయ్య మేం అధికారంలొకి వచ్చాక, ప్రత్యేకహోదా అయిదేళ్ళు కాదు పదేళ్ళు ఇస్తాం అని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.

విడిపోయి ఆదాయం లేక అన్యాయం అయిపోతున్న సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజల ఎం.పీలను పార్లమెంటు నుంచి బయటకు గెంటేసి.. తలుపులు మూసేసి.. టీ.వీ ప్రచారాలను ఆపేసి మరీ.. లోపల విభజన చేస్తున్నారా లేక వ్యభిచారం (may be sensor cut but its truth) చేస్తున్నారా అన్నట్లు విభజించి పడేసారు.

ఈ దెబ్బకి కాంగ్రెస్ కరెంటు షాక్ కొట్టిన కాకిలా ఎలక్షన్ల రిజల్టు చూసి కన్నీరు పెట్టుకుంది. బీజేపీ అధికారం చేపట్టింది

రెండేళ్లు పూర్తికావొస్తోంది.. ఇంకా 2014-2015 కు చెందిన 16,000 కోట్ల రాష్ట్ర బడ్జెట్ లోటును పూడ్చలేదు..
రెండేళ్లైనా .. ప్రత్యేకహోదా లేదు..
రెండేళ్లైనా .. పోలవరానికి పూర్తి స్ధాయిలో నిధులు లేవు..
రెండేళ్లైనా.. రాజధానికి పూర్తిస్ధాయిలో నిధులు  లేవు..
రెండేళ్ళైనా.. అన్నిటినీ మించి ఎప్పటినుంచో డిమాండులో ఉన్న విశాఖ ప్రత్యేక రైల్వే డివిజన్ కూడా లేదు..

కేంద్రం.. రాష్ట్రానికి ఇచ్చింది ఏంటయ్యా అంటే.. 

1. 2800 కోట్లు అప్పుడోకోంత.. అప్పుడోకొంత..
2. వెనుకబడిన ఏడు జిల్లాలకు.. 350 కోట్లు జిల్లాకి 50 కోట్లు చొప్పున.
3. స్మార్ నగరాలలో రెండు ఏ.పీ నగరాలకు స్ధానం.
4. బిల్లులో పెట్టిన కాలేజీల శంకుస్ధాపనలు అయ్యాయి.. కాని వాటికి బడ్జెట్‌లో కేటాయింపులు చూస్తే.. అరకొరే..
5. రాజధాని నిర్మాణానికి పర్యావరణ  అనుమతులు.
6. రాజధాని శంఖుస్ధాపనకు వచ్చినపుడు ప్రధాని తీసుకువచ్చిన నీరూ..మట్టీ..

రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల తరపున చిన్న విన్నపం: 
అయ్యా.. మోదీగారూ.. వెంకయ్యగారూ.. ప్రత్యేకహోదా ఇప్పించండి.. దానిని ఆసరాగా తీసుకుని మేం కష్ట పడతాం..

ప్రకృతి ప్రశ్న: ఏం.. ఎండలకి ఎందుకు అందరూ అంతలా బాధ పడిపోతున్నారు???

ఏం అంతా మీరు చేస్తున్నది కాదా..?? అనుభవించలేరా..?? 

ఎందుకంత ఆపసోపాలు పడిపోతున్నారు..?? 

ఏ మీరు చేస్తున్న తప్పిదాలు కాదా ఈ ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు పెరగడానికి కారణం..??

ఏ మీ బద్ధకం కాదా.. ఈ వేడిమికి కారణం..??

ఏ మీ స్వార్ధ బుద్ధి కాదా.. ఈ దుస్థితికి కారణం..??

ఏ మీ నిర్లక్ష్యం కాదా.. ఈ పరిస్థితికి కారణం..??

మొక్కకి నీరు పోస్తే పండు ఇచ్చాను.. నాకు ఏది ఇస్తే అదే నేను ఇస్తాను.. మంచికి మంచిని ఇస్తాను.. చెడుకి చెడుని ఇస్తాను.. మీరు నాకు కాలుష్యాన్ని ఇస్తున్నారు.. కనుక నేను ఆ కాలుష్యాన్ని ప్యురిఫై చేసి ఇన్ని రకాలుగా ఇబ్బందులు పెడుతున్నాను.. నాదెం తప్పుంది మీరే చెప్పండి.. 

కాబట్టి ఇందు మూలముగా ఏవన్మంది ప్రజలకు తెలియ చేస్తున్నది ఏమనగా.. ఇప్పటికైనా మించిపోయింది ఏమి లేదు..

మీరూ బ్రతకండి.. మొక్కలని బ్రతికించండి..

ఇలా కాదు.. కూడదు.. పర్లేదు.. అని ఏసి రూముల్లో కూర్చుని తల ఎగరేస్తానంటారా..??

సరే మీ ఇష్టం.. ఎప్పుడో ఒకసారి భూకంపం రూపంలో ఒక్క దెబ్బ కొడతా.. 

ఆ దెబ్బకి ఏసి రూము కాదు కదా.. ఉండడానికి జానెడు భూమి కూడా మిగలదు.. ఆలోచించుకోండి.. నిర్ణయం మీదే..

ఇంకో 20% మంది స్మార్టు నగరాలలోని స్లమ్ములలో..

మిగిలిన 10% మత్స్య సంపద, అడవులపై ఆధారపడిన వారు..

ఈ లెక్కలు చూస్తుంటే.. ముందు మన చేతకానితనం.. తర్వాత మన స్వార్ధం కనిపిస్తున్నాయి కదా..

14.6 కోట్ల మంది పిల్లలు ఇంకా ఉండాల్సిన దానికంటే తక్కువ బరువుతో ఉన్నారు. ఇది ఎక్కడో ఆఫ్రికాలో కాదు.. ముమ్మాటికీ అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న దేశాలకు సంబంధించిన సంఖ్య ఇది. ఇక మిగిలిన వారి మాటేంటి???
