COP21-CMP11: చర్చలేనా..??? చేతలు కూడానా..???

ఇవి COP21 - CMP11 సదస్సులో తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలు

(a) Holding the increase in the global average temperature to well below 2 °C above pre-industrial levels and to pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5 °C above pre-industrial levels, recognizing that this would significantly reduce the risks and impacts of climate change;
(b) Increasing the ability to adapt to the adverse impacts of climate change and foster climate resilience and low greenhouse gas emissions development, in a manner that does not threaten food production;
(c) Making finance flows consistent with a pathway towards low greenhouse gas emissions and climate-resilient development.

గొడుగులు వానాకాలంలో వాడటం మానేసి.. వేసవికాలం వాడాల్సిన రోజులు వచ్చేసాయి.
అదే వర్షాకాలానికి వస్తే.. నెరలు తీసిన నేలలు నీటి చుక్కల కోసం ఎదురు చూడాల్సిన రోజులూ వచ్చేశాయి.

ఈ దారుణ పరిణామాలు తట్టుకోవడానికి COP21-CMP11 సదస్సులో నిర్ణయించుకున్న లక్ష్యాలను చేరుకోవాలి అంటే ప్రచారం చేసి అవగాహన కల్పించడం చాలా ముఖ్యం.

వానలు ఎందుకు కురవట్లేదు.. ఎండలు ఎందుకు ఎక్కువగా ఉంటున్నాయో అందరికీ తెలుసు.. కానీ, పరిణామాలు ఎంత తీవ్రంగా ఉండబోతున్నాయో వివరించాలి.. అప్పుడే ఎన్ని చర్చలు చేసినా.. చేతల వరకూ వెళ్తాయి. చర్చలు అవసరమే.. కానీ ఫలితాలు రావాలి అంటే చేతలు కావాలి.

సామాజిక మాధ్యమాలూ.. టీవీల ద్వారా ప్రచారం కల్పిస్తే.. అవి ఆ తీవ్రతను ప్రజల మనసుల్లో నాటే అవకాసం ఉంది. దీని వలన ఫలితాలు అవే ప్రశాంతంగా వస్తాయి.
